On-line Store Policy
Ketofit accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shopify Pay and Visa for online purchases.
Once you submit your order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received. Please allow up to 4 business days for processing. If, for reasons beyond our control, we are unable to fill your order, we will promptly notify you and will explore ways to resolve the issue.

Details of the order
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available. The order reflects current pricing, you are based in the Delivery Area, and your credit card or PayPal account is authorized for the transaction.
The product price does not include shipping. The shipping fee is based on ZIP/Postal Code where the product will be shipped and it will apply for most of states and provinces.
We will charge your credit card or PayPal account for payment upon receipt of your order, unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 7 days. If your payment is not authorized, we will be unable to fill the order. This does not affect any other rights we may have. We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this website, unless this is solely due to our negligence.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address be accurate. We accept no liability if delivery is delayed owing to you having entered an inaccurate shipping address.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered and you have taken possession of them.
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period, and we will notify you of the change.
Risk and ownership
Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you upon you taking possession of the goods. You will only own the goods upon successful payment and delivery.
If you decide to return an item to Ketofit within 10 days of purchase, you will be entitled to a refund of your purchase. The shipping fee will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are, however, returning the items because they are damaged, faulty, or in any way defective, we will pay the shipping fee and return shipping costs in full, once the return is approved by us. The goods will be sold to you at the price displayed on the website.
All prices displayed on our online store are in US Dollars (USD).
We aim to provide high-quality products to our customers. We take all reasonable steps to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, our products are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.
